Product Manager III, Product Operations

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our Product Ops team and help us structuring our core processes to scale!

What you'll do:
  • Support quarterly roadmap planning process by coordinating cadence with EPS Product and Tech team, planning discussions and produce relative documentation
  • Ensure alignment of quarterly priorities/goals between Product domains and strategy
  • Support in the coordination of cross-divisional processes (e.g. EG GMT, xBU, etc.)
  • Liaise with Analytics, Finance and Product in the definition of a Product scorecard, ensuring clear business metrics are defined and tracked on a regular basis
  • Support in the continuous improvement of EPS Product domains Support processes (BAU)
  • Identify and implement improvements to simplify EPS product domain intake processes
  • Coordinate Product related ceremonies (e.g. Product Review)
  • Maintain Product documentation, look for scalable solutions to share it with the team (e.g. knowledgebase)

Who you are:
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience, previous experience in Product operations role would be ideal
  • High degree of competency with project management and methodology including scoping, issue & risk identification, general management, tracking dependencies and milestones and communication of overall project status
  • Shown project management experience working with agile development teams in a fast-paced environment
  • You approach business challenges with an analytical mindset. Able to structure and communicate actionable recommendations to business leaders
  • You seek alignment with your stakeholders, but don't shy away from challenging inefficiency
  • You are able to ramp up independently and quickly in a matrix organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can explain complex problems clearly and succinctly
  • Ability to work in a complex and changing environment across several time zones
