Program Manager III

WEG TPG Homepage & Navigation team focuses on building and maintaining adaptive homepage, navigation, banner, and notification fosters in the Travel Partner Supply tools!

The adaptive capabilities seek to provide partners with simple experience, attract and retain partner engagement, in the end, help partners to achieve revenue and performance improvement!

What you'll do:
  • Lead and mentor others through agile ceremonies
  • Develop project schedules, define timeframes, and prioritize tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives within the agreed timeframes, and ensuring that requirements are completed
  • You will lead proactive risk management, working with the team to anticipate new risks and mitigation planning
  • You will lead increasingly sophisticated technical projects with some orchestrated work on ambiguous adaptive programs
  • Coordinate bringing together different partners with multifaceted perspectives to develop solutions to issues and gives your own suggestions
  • You will think holistically to find opportunities around policies/processes to increase efficiency across interpersonal boundaries
  • You will compile data, analyze the impact and assess bottlenecks in work processes within teams to streamline and simplify workflow
  • You will coordinate with team members to execute new insights or approaches and achieve process improvement goals
  • You will develop a team environment where members are comfortable critiquing and suggesting changes to improve processes
  • You will be involved in different stages of the product development lifecycle from idea generation to bringing a product to market by supporting the different phases and improving product performance
  • You will consider and understand the audience's specific needs and comprehension level to determine the most appropriate message and delivery method, limiting or explaining technical language expertly to mid-level management


Who you are:
  • Strong Program Management experience
  • Demonstrates a critical understanding of technical information and is able to accurately answer relevant questions
  • Experience building clear, concise, and well-structured functional material (e.g., policies & procedures, guidelines, presentations, messages) and recommends improvements to existing material
  • Communicates a compelling rationale and narrative to peers and partners
  • Experience tailoring communications (content focus, style, format, etc.) for different audiences as appropriate
  • Actively seeks diverse feedback on work and anticipates feedback to address it proactively
