Product Operations Manager, Platform

Expedia Group is looking for a Product Operations Manager to co-ordinate planning & communications within the Platform Product team, and act as a link between the product team and the wider business

What you'll do:

The EG Platform provides powerful travel capabilities that help developers and partners to build and continuously improve the customer experience for every traveller and partner of Expedia Group.

The Platform Product team is a critical function within EG Platform that manages the definition, design, and development of foundational platform capabilities.

As a key member of our team, you'll work with product managers, analysts, designers, and engineers to co-ordinate planning, reporting, and process development.

  • Partner with designers, analysts, and strong technical teams to co-ordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual product planning activities
  • Measure outcomes and report on the progress of our strategy and roadmaps
  • Communicate the product roadmap to the wider business at all levels
  • Build playbooks to manage delivery risks and trade-offs
  • Develop processes that support transparent decisions with senior stakeholders


About you:
  • Think creatively and solve interesting problems in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in operations, product management, or a background in business analysis, or technology program management

  • Any previous experience with API, Platform, or B2B products will be beneficial
