As a member of the EG Services Controllership team, the Director of Risk Management, Finance and Operations, will craft, coordinate, and manage the day-to-day governance activities related to risk, control, and compliance in the following areas: finance strategy and operations, operational excellence and process optimization, cloud and third party utilization, data management and analytics, transformation programs and projects, financial and operational controls, and regulatory/compliance requirements.

What you'll do:

  • We develop effective governance models and mechanisms to support the identification, assessment, and management of risk across the EG Services Finance vertical project portfolio
  • We build positive relationships with key business partners across the Company, including Finance, Accounting Operations, Treasury, and other Corporate Functions, to thoroughly understand their business and identify appropriate risk mitigations and opportunities to add value
  • We collaborate with these teams to successfully establish controls, mitigate identified risks and/or close open audit findings. This includes discovering gaps and new requirements, coordinating control environment improvement efforts by driving control implementation, tracking status, and communication to leadership
  • You will drive vertical risk assessment and develop data-driven monitoring mechanisms to support achievement of business objectives
  • You will bring thought leadership, leading practice frameworks, process improvements, and contribute to the continuous maturation of the department
  • You will manage and develop a team of risk and compliance professionals to execute programs and projects, providing direction and ongoing coaching and development


Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Auditing, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or equivalent work experience
  • 7(+) years of proven experience in Audit, Risk/Compliance Management, Finance, or Operations, in technology sector
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Experience working both independently and in a team environment
  • Proven ability and experience in performing financial and IT control/security assessments and audits.
  • Knowledge and experience working with cloud security, compliance and privacy practice laws.
  • Familiarity with enterprise productivity tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of technology companies, corporate finance functions a plus.
  • CPA, CIA, CISA, or similar certification a plus.
