Analyst, Treasury Operations

As the world's largest online travel company, the Expedia Group facilitates reservations of travel services provided by numerous airlines, lodging properties, car rental companies, destination service providers and cruise lines, on a stand-alone or package basis through Expedia's numerous brands worldwide.

Expedia's Centralized Operations & Risk Team is responsible for supporting global expansion projects, managing payments, bank account infrastructure set up & rationalization, online banking systems, FX trade settlement, SOX compliance, M&A due diligence & integration, corporate insurance, letters of credit and surety bond portfolio.

What you'll do:
  • Collaborate on system implementation projects to improve automation
  • Input wires through various banking portals and Treasury Management System while showing strong understanding of requirements and payment types domestically and internationally
  • Support online banking administration for user entitlement and related AML documentation
  • Handle Know Your Customer "KYC" compliance and bank account signer updates. Ensuring proper internal controls
  • Process back office settlement instructions for various FX hedging programs & investments
  • Act as liaison among our banking partners and business partners such as IT, A/P, payroll, accounting, & legal teams
  • Support Finance initiative projects by executing end-to-end bank account infrastructure & bank services set up
  • Assist in other ad hoc support projects/initiatives


Who you are:
  • Strong understanding of various payment flows (local and cross border wires, SEPA/ACH)
  • Strong organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and determination with a high level of accuracy
  • Good communication and project management skills with proven record of accomplishing tasks timely
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Minimum 3+ years related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with bank account related documentation
  • Prior international treasury, finance, and/or corporate banking experience a plus
